Partial Planning & Coordination

You are a couple seeking a creative personalized design, beautiful styling, and help sourcing elements. Our “Partial Planning and Coordination” is perfect for you if most of your vendors have already been booked and contracts signed. So where you need help is in pulling it all together. We’ll start with a consultation meeting to take a pulse check on where you need the most assistance. After that, we’ll help you fill in the gaps by matching you with our best people for your remaining few vendors, source rentals, linens, and decor. Then we’ll coordinate about the million other details to ensure your vision comes together even better than you imagine!

Our specialty is coming up with the details that capture your unique relationship and our job is to keep you on track and organized so that your day is pulled off without any hitches. In addition, this option includes many of our custom service options while keeping in mind the work you have already put into this big day! We’ll make sure you have access to all the tools and services you need.
